For this project, we explored a different approach to animation by combining collage aesthetics with AI-driven workflows. We created a series of sports-inspired visuals, each built as a layered composition, mixing textures, cutouts, and graphic elements. These images became the foundation for a stop motion animation, where movement was crafted frame by frame to preserve a tactile, handmade feel. To enhance rhythm and continuity, we integrated additional AI tools to animate selected moments, bringing subtle fluidity where needed. A hybrid process that blends craft and technology. Using AI not as a shortcut, but as a creative partner.
